Overview Drivhusnettene

Greenhouse Nights is a short story collection about the demanding love between people that are changing, that are searching, sometimes for a place to be alone but just as often looking for connection with others. They revolve around the revealing moments where everything is at stake. They are about surviving, holding on or letting go. These things can be both upsetting and beautiful, difficult and simple, but deep down they are unavoidable.

A married couple finds solace by driving down to the fjord.
A woman meets her lover at a pub. They drink beer and watch downhill skiing on the television while waiting for her husband.
Someone remembers a midnight bath in Saint-Tropez.
A family is dissolved and the husband escapes into a water park.
The lights of a fair ground lights up the bedroom of a man who has fallen silent.

It is both harrowing and beautiful, hard and simple. We meet ourselves in the great loneliness where everything is lost or won. And it moves us, weather we want it to or not.
