The 80–100 recipes in the weekend menus varies in difficulty and time consumption. In addition he shares the tastes from his winning dishes in the international Bocuse d'Or for the first time.
Ørjan maintains that food should be as simple as possible and that you should be able to recognise the ingredients in the taste.
