Greger and Cosy Clown are with Grandma at the library. But when it's time to go, Cosy Clown is missing.
Gregor looks for the library's lost and found. All of the lost items are recorded in a book, but Greger can't see Cosy Clown in there. That is why he must go downstairs to lost and found and look for it himself. There he finds endless, looming shelves of forgotten items, but that is not all. There is something far worse lurking down there: the threat of oblivion.
Glemmestedet is about our dearest possessions and how important it is never to be forgotten.
‘This is an extremely beautiful and poetic story. The plot is familiar. … Knut Nærum uses simple, short sentences with distinctive wordplay and humour that we adults can also enjoy without it being too intrusive.’
‘Wonderful, imaginative and slightly scary story for children.’
