Overview Roskilde

Roskilde is a great place to go, especially for youngsters, but not only. It´s a great place to get updated on music, do the festival camping and get socially engaged. In her debut, selfproclaimed Roskilde-chick Linn Strømsborg writes about the years and days of festival life. We follow a girl and her three friends in two tents, from concert to concert, scene to scene, day to night and endless amounts of beer. It is not only a party - it´s a festival! Strømsborg catches the nostalgic and yet timeless room that every year appears in a field in Denmark. This book is pure happiness! ‘Strømsborg writes well… Roskilde is authentic, fresh and energetic. Like most novels it’s all about love, when it comes down to it.’
DAGBLADET

‘What makes the novel a particularly entertaining and easy read is the fresh, accessible and almost blogger-style language used, with enough oomph to express the joy of both life and the festival, and the melancholy and sentimentality of youth. It’s these things that really make a “feel good” novel.’
STAVANGER AFTENBLAD

Roskilde is a novel of idyll that focuses on – and perhaps is also written for – Nordic indie kids, regardless of their age.’

Reviews Roskilde

Jenny Tunedal, Aftonbladet (Sverige)

Rasmus Thedin, Tidningen Kulturen (Sverige)
