Tacos are as diverse a dish as pasta, simpler than sushi and can be more exciting than tapas because you can create so many of your own flavour combinations. Most people make one particular type – adding prepared herbs and spices to taco shells and piling these on a plate with cheese, sour cream and mince. In Mexico, the homeland of the taco, you'd be hard pressed to find such ingredients.
The Flying Culinary Circus hope to provide you with inspiration to make your next taco experience even better than usual, and one step closer to the real deal. Not only that, but they provide tips for exciting combinations with dishes from other culinary cultures.
So far The Flying Culinary Circus have toured 47 different countries, and on their way they have plucked inspiration from all of the world's varied food traditions. Now they're hoping to share some of this. They've taken the taco on a world trip, meaning they know just how to bring us simple, tasty tacos – flavour, zing and zest in uno, dos, tres!
