Overview Fellesskapsmonsteret

Togetherness Monster is an uplifting collection of poems about the attempt to find meaning in a chaotic world. The poem's narrator resembles the poet herself: a young woman, residing in Bergen, a self-proclaimed community monster. She struggles against the feeling of meaninglessness, and asks: What does it mean to have hope today? What is hope, and where do we find it? In the poems, there is an alternation between a fierce and vehement belief in community, but also resignation and disappointment over what community sometimes can allow to happen. It's time the togetherness monster is awakened!
