Gro Dahle (b. 1962) is amongst Norway's most beloved authors, and writes for both children and adults. As a children's author she is known for her poetic books on difficult topics that are often given little attention. Her poetry collections Riddles of Rain and A Hundred Thousand Hours have solid places in the canon of modern Norwegian poetry. She has also published novels and short stories.
