Charlotte H. Sveinsen
Charlotte Holberg Sveinsen is the founder and owner of the garden café Skafferiet at Hovindsholm Farm on Helgøya. She has written three cookbooks and writing about food for the magazine Lev Landlig for years. She hosts cooking classes both online and on Hovindsholm, and she is passionate about no frills food and good food experiences. Hovindsholm Farm is one of Norway´s biggest and oldest farms, with long traditions for food production. Her life there has certainly made its mark on Charlotte and her main issue: The product.
