Alle som er glad i å bake burde ha denne boka, og hvis du har lyst til å lære å bake er dette uten tvil den boka som kommer til å lære deg det. (...) Det er ikke noen tvil om at dette er en soleklar 6’er. (...) Etter mitt syn er dette en av de beste bakebøkene som noen gang er utgitt i Norge. (...)
