Overview Fra du så meg

After a heavy year in high school, Karen is sent to take a break at a folk high school, where song, music, new friends and great experiences await her – as well as an existence free from her divorced parents. But the year turns out very differently than Karen imagined. She meets the love of her life and suddenly her world revolves entirely around him. The infatuation is a fact and Karen is convinced that the two of them will spend the rest of their lives together. The only trouble is, he isn’t one of her classmates…

From the Moment You Saw Me is based on a true story from Norway’s folk high school world, and portrays the transgressive relationship between a teacher and a pupil. The book’s subject matter is extremely topical and especially important for young girls to read about in the wake of #metoo.
