A boy climbs into a book and tries to find out what it is about. But that is easier said than done; the lights have gone out and pages have been torn out, some pages are too short, and in other places the letters are all helter-skelter. It only gets worse when he is told off by the reader for getting in the way. How can he manage to find out about the book's story then? A playful and imaginative meta-book.
‘Hva handler den om? is both sweet and absurd, and strange to those who are open to its play.’
‘… Max Estes’ surreal flights of imagination are still specifically philosophizing. … The ending arrives quite surprisingly and becomes a funny finale to a story where drawings and text play together.’
