Helge Kapsersen is a magistrate at Fløtterud district court, with a lacklustre attitude to both job and family. Kaspersen has always wanted to be an artist. And he still nurses ambitions in that direction. Now street photography is the thing. One day, he takes a picture of his fellow magistrate, Bibbe, mouth agape over a hotdog. Should he publish the picture? And should he visit the local Thai massage parlour?
