Eat More Green is a recipe book based on many of the wild plants from Ravneberg’s first book, The Foraging Book. This book aims to inspire more use of both wild and cultivated vegetables and ingredients and to show how easy it is to include wild plants in your regular diet. The recipes are simple in order to keep the threshold low and the quality high, so that everyone can cook the food in the book.
Here you will find everything from bread baked with nettles to restaurant dishes and cocktails. The dishes meet most needs, from dinner on a Tuesday to date night on a Saturday.
