Overview Strikkede skatter

Tine has taken her inspiration for this book from our rich cultural tradition of textiles which women have shaped with needles and yarn according to the fashion of the day.

There are long and short jackets and jerseys. There are dresses and tunics with or without a waist or a flare, and with sleeves set in or worked in the round. Many of the garments also have patterns for accessories such as headbands, hats, socks and mittens, if you want to match the garment or just to knit something that can be done quickly. Both sheep's wool and alpaca wool can be used.

This is Tine Solheim's seventh book.
