Entertaining and intense about love
In Klara’s opinion, love is nothing but a piece of crap. It is deeply concerning that her father Frode has no new girlfriend in sight. To make things better, Klara writes a fake love letter to all the single ladies in their neighbourhood – to embarrassing and unexpected consequences. But who is Klara herself falling in love with? She does not really know until a new girl enters her classroom. Marie Lindkvist dances ballet like a matter of life and death. She dances like this is her last dance on earth. Linda Klakken’s children’s book debut is a story about falling in love for the first time, involving school dances, kissing games, and unbearable heartache.
