An atmospheric, magical, and funny Christmas story!
Every year, on the first evening of December, an elf travels to the human world. A December Child. Erja is fascinated by humans and has dreamed of becoming a December Child her whole life—even though she tends to say the wrong things and makes inventions that quite often end in disaster. But when the far-too-perfect Florian is chosen instead, Erja decides to break the rules and follow along to the human world.
What happens, though, when the humans turn out to be anything but cozy and welcoming, and it almost seems as if they have forgotten Christmas altogether?
The December Child is a magical and humorous Christmas tale about courage and friendship, and about how small acts can ignite big sparks.
