Ida & Oda and Other Stories picks up the thread from Hæggernes's earlier publications The Checkout Lady I Have Lovedand Other Stories and the novel Cousins and is about meetings between people, how they get to know each other, relate to each other and the networks that develops as they become parts of each other's existences. A sad, wise and lovely book from one of our best short story writers.
